The Case
We didn't arrive first. We arrived ready.
Everyone else in this space solved one piece: a booking tool, a triage form, a messaging platform. We built the whole journey, as one system, because the problem was never "which piece is missing." It was that no one had connected them.
What we set out to fix
- Form fatigue → structured, adaptive assessment, not a static list of questions.
- Single-channel dependence → WhatsApp and web today, NHS App and voice next.
- One-by-one triage → pooled, comparative prioritisation across the whole queue.
- Disconnected tools → one platform for consultation, admin, scheduling, and messaging.
Why the clinician stays in the loop
The more autonomous an AI system is, the more has to go right, and the harder it is to know why it went wrong when it doesn't. Some tools in this space now book appointments or close cases without a clinician in the loop.
WACure doesn't. Every priority it produces is a calibrated recommendation, not a decision. The clinician sees the reasoning and makes the call, every time.
How this compares
| Capability | Others | WACure |
|---|---|---|
| Structured intake | Most offer this | ✓ |
| AI-assisted assessment | A number now do | ✓ |
| Autonomous decisions without a clinician | Increasingly common | Never — the clinician always decides |
| Pooled, comparative prioritisation | Not typically — mostly one patient at a time | ✓ |
| One connected platform (consultation, admin, scheduling, messaging) | No — a point solution for one part of the journey | ✓ |
| Delivered where patients already are (WhatsApp) | No | ✓ |
How pricing works
WACure is priced per patient, per year, at your primary care level. Far below what a consultation-only tool costs, because clinical assessment is included, not sold separately.
Every practice is different: size, existing systems, which layers you need. The right number for you takes a five-minute conversation, not a generic price list.
