No. WAcure is cloud-based. Staff access the dashboard via web browser, and patients use their own WhatsApp app.

WAcure’s pricing has two parts: a monthly licence fee for the platform and support, and per-conversation fees billed by WhatsApp (Meta). Meta provides 1,000 free conversations per month to get started.

No. Patients do not need to register, download an app, or fill out any forms. They simply send a message to your surgery’s WhatsApp number to begin the secure, guided conversation.
